- LLLeilaApr 20, 20261.0I am so upset, I went in to verify my identity for my address change, (moving from Colorado) I included all documents requested. The man at the counter denied me and wouldn’t accept my Passport as proper identification. Which is illegal. He noted on my account that I was unable to prove my identity, which is completely false. He was rude the entire time. I need to get in contact with a supervisor and the authorities.
