Ayer fui por una devolución y me dijo que el código no coincidía, insistí pero dijo que "no se podía". Fui a otro USPS y me atendieron sin ningún problema. Este señor no sé porque está ahí, no le interesan los clientes, las personas salen enojadas.

Staffing is one thing but then sitting on your personal phone is unprofessional especially while customers are infront of you … My current experience - it’s 11:09 and the gentleman is raking his sweet time doing what appears to be “opening duties” while there is a line of 7 people waiting to be helped. If you have to go to the back and get items relevant to your day - you have to place the stools right side up so you can sit and all these other things in preparation for your day then come to work at an earlier time so that your customers can be assisted in a timely manner when the store opens rather than everyone standing watching every move .

Customers were understandably frustrated by the wait, but he remained kind, patient, and respectful with everyone while making a clear effort to keep the line moving efficiently. With the holidays approaching, it was extremely busy, yet Michael handled it all on his own and did an amazing job. Thank you, Michael, and happy holidays!
