Customers were understandably frustrated by the wait, but he remained kind, patient, and respectful with everyone while making a clear effort to keep the line moving efficiently. With the holidays approaching, it was extremely busy, yet Michael handled it all on his own and did an amazing job. Thank you, Michael, and happy holidays!

There was only one person working and apparently he is required to load 'the truck' within 15 mns and so another customer and I were standing there for a good 15 mns before he could take care of us. Having just one person working especially on a Friday evening is insane! Smh
