  They did no want to take my boxes because was 4:01, even when I was inside the store, the sign said open and y was with 2 heavy boxes.

  I choose this UPS Store to refunded my package, but was out of country and shipped it to them through mail, it ended up reaching but I didn't made it clear what's suppose to be done with the package next, so it was there for a while, then i said let me call to find out what has happen. And the person that answered was totally helpful, all while I was across the ocean. Love the customer service i had receive from here, as i was nervous calling from such distance. The person on the line was so understanding and never made any fuss when I was asking questions or I didn't understand what he was saying, thought his name was Mr. Soares or something like that. Very helpful guy.

  I had called this store twice to verify the cost bc another ups store quoted me a higher amount. The owner/manager admonished me for calling so often saying I was told the price and why did I have to call again. I thought he was out of place to ask me that . I should be able to call whenever I want to ask same question. Even his store gave me a different amount on the second call
