  I have asked two employee what is the manager name because she was very unprofessional. They both just look like they just landed from outer space and they do not know what is the Manager name and walked away. Sheressa is the assistant manager with no knowledge of the Company and very unprofessional and apparently don’t even know her own name because I asked her twice with no response. FedEx got to do better. These people are straight up for Mars. I had to take a picture to even get that woman’s name

  The Staff here is unmatched. Genuine Smiles, Greetings just for coming in, and Problem Solving skills razor sharp. Was quoted $197 shipping & packaging from a different FedEx center, which didn't sound right, but here, we figured a commercial n sense workaround and brought that to $37. Wasn't even my own susgestions.

  I’ve been here a couple of times already, mainly for printing, and whenever I’ve needed help from the staff, they’ve always been helpful. Even once, when the store was about to close, they kindly assisted me with a few things without making us feel rushed.

  Dev is amazing!!! He’s always super friendly and welcoming and he greets you with a smile every time you walk in. His great attitude makes the whole experience better. He’s definitely a great addition to the store!

  Early summer, I visited a FedEx location to ship a musical instrument and encountered a frustrating experience. When I arrived, I intended to purchase a shipping box and pack my instrument myself, but the associate said they would pack it once the customer line decreased. My instrument was in a protective case, but I did not have the key to lock it, so I placed the case inside the box. The FedEx associate asked if it was a violin and then insisted that I remove the bridge and completely loosen the strings before shipping. I explained that this was not a typical mass-produced violin (like those from Amazon). It is a set-piece that travels occasionally and was originally shipped from the vendor fully set up, just like the other ones I own, so it did not require such adjustments. However, when we arrived at the destination and began setting up for the event, to our dismay, the bridge was removed and dropped, and the strings were completely loosened, but most concerningly, the sound post was not inside the violin as it should be. This required us to find a professional luthier to reset the sound post and properly set up the bridge and strings, which are crucial for the instrument’s structural integrity and sound quality. I am appalled that the associate took it upon themselves to alter the instrument inside a customer’s package without permission. This unapproved intrusion caused damage and significant inconvenience, resulting in additional unforeseen expenses. It’s incredibly frustrating that some people with a misplaced sense of expertise interfere with delicate instruments, ultimately costing customers time and money. I hope FedEx trains their staff better to respect the nature of special shipments like musical instruments. You cannot trust them with your packages to do anything for you.
