Very good, always want to help. They were closing, but took care of us, and helped out! Very grateful 🙏

Only one person is working—very slowly—and shows absolutely no respect for the customers. Terrible service. Работает только один человек, очень медленно и совсем не уважает клиентов. Отвратительный сервис.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Sunny Isles Beach post office this week. On Wednesday, I came in to send a package for the first time and clearly explained that I had no prior experience and needed some guidance. The employee who assisted me was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of explaining the process, she spoke to me in a dismissive and unfriendly manner. I came back a second time the same day, made an effort to be polite and understanding, but unfortunately, the employee’s attitude did not improve. She continued to be rude and unwilling to properly assist me or answer my questions. Additionally, on Tuesday, I visited the same location and found it closed with a sign saying it was on a lunch break at around 3 PM. However, other people waiting there mentioned that it had already been closed for at least an hour. The office never reopened for the rest of the day. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but being consistently rude and unhelpful to customers is not appropriate. I hope management addresses this issue.

I have been a customer of this USPS office for years, and the level of service has been consistently awful. Unfortunately, this is not about one employee — the entire staff has the same rude, dismissive, and unprofessional attitude toward customers. Today was beyond unacceptable. I came during posted working hours, only to find out that they simply decided to close early and leave. No notice, no explanation — just left people waiting. I waited for 30 minutes, along with several other customers who were also left there with no assistance. This is not just bad service — it shows a complete lack of responsibility, accountability, and basic respect for people’s time. It is shocking that management allows this to continue. This office is clearly mismanaged, and the behavior of the entire team reflects that.

Horrible customer service. I came in to ask about my package because it was not delivered, and instead of helping me, I was treated in a rude and disrespectful way. The cashier raised her voice at me, pointed her finger at the wall, and said, “You know what I say?” while pointing at a notice. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Management needs to find out who was working on March 16, 2026, and take action against this employee. People this rude should not be working with customers.
