I attempted to mail several packages and waited outside the locked building for over 30 minutes along with 11 other customers, with no employee opening the doors or providing any explanation. I then called the office and was left on hold for 20 minutes with no answer. There was no sign or notice posted on the public door indicating when staff would return or if the office was even operating that day. This shows a complete lack of consideration for customers’ time and basic communication standards. I ultimately had to leave and go to a different location to complete a simple task. This location is unreliable and poorly managed. I would strongly recommend using another post office if you value your time.
