  **Review for UPS in sun city center fl ]:** I visited the store this morning to return some packages, and unfortunately, my experience was quite negative. Lynda, who assisted me, was aggressive ,loud , embarrassing and rude from the moment I walked in. It felt as though she was singling me out, as she remained calm and respectful with other customers. During our interaction, she rushed me, interrupted frequently, and seemed to belittle me in front of others. This made me uncomfortable enough that I chose to leave without completing my return. I hope management addresses this behavior, as it detracts from what should be a positive customer experience.

  "Heidi"deserves recognition she is so pleasant with customer service especially dealing with people who are coming in perhaps expecting Miracles with their packages but she always greets everyone with a smile and wishes everyone a happy day she needs to be recognized in spite of sometimes the troubles customers have

  The lady, Heidi, that helped me with my notary service. She was obviously the manager At that particular location, by the way, she spoke to the team Members. She spoke to them with the upmost, friendliness and respect, but direct. And when she helped me out, she was a friendliest person ever it seemed very knowledgeable with her job.

  I use this store a lot for returns and other care packages I send occasionally. Staff is always calm and collected during their busy hours. Helpful and polite even when they have dozens of customers probably in a hurry not being the kindest to staff. Lately I’ve seen Heidi a couple times who’s always nice and today on 4.8.26 I came in to a line of about 5-6 people, the return kiosk “jammed” (it was just out of paper to bring labels) and Heidi not only provided efficient service to customers (along with the other two gentlemen working), but her positive attitude seemed to ensure that every customer left with a smile on their face. She engaged with customers, made jokes to lighten the mood, all while providing such terrific service. She absolutely went above and beyond to make what some might feel like a frustrating experience (waiting to get an errand done), a happy and enjoyable one! Thank you Heidi for being a ray of sunshine!

  Most of the employees are rude and make excuses for each other. The employee rolled her eyes at me and talked to me with a bad attitude, like I was doing her a favorite. I felt very disrespected and I told her that I am a customer and I deserve to be treated with respect. I maintained my composer and one of the guy employee’s made excuses for her behavior towards me, but he did not see that she rolled her eyes at me. However, there was “one” employee who really stood out, made a difference by showing professionalism and 100% customer service. I really think some of them need customer service, demographic and job task training.
