- IHIvylene Harris2 days ago1.0What is the point of the self serve kiosk if you have one of your employees preventing people from using it and using it as if it was one of the computers at the desk? He sent me back to the line after I’ve already asked if anybody else needed to use the kiosk and everyone replied no. He said we have to start at the front of the line. So that he proceeded to help everyone as if they were at the counter to help shorten the line. I get that but now I’m waiting to use a self kiosk that’s being used as if it was the counter . I wasted 10 minutes for no reason. This is not the first time that I’ve had a bad experience here. This will be the last time I return here. I’d rather drive 15 minutes the other way to 301
