Went in on my lunch break to have a money order and certified letter taken care of and was literally told "You know am closing in 3 minutes, you better write fast". unacceptable. I have been in the Customer Service field for many years, and it does not matter how bad my day is going, would never say something like this to a customer. This should really be addressed.
