  Rude employees. They Obviously don't want to be there. Worst amazon drop off as well. 15+people in line. Poor guy behind the counter had no help and was ignored but coworkers

  I won’t be back! Almost nobody working there, employees have no clue about any of their products, and overall just a terrible experience. I’ll continue buying from Amazon or even Walmart instead. Super long lines with only one person working. It took almost 45 minutes to check out because everyone was doing online returns. Even the manager was fed up with the place, and said they can’t get employees to stay and they can’t keep up with things. Just terrible!

  It’s weird that every time I have visited this store, the bathrooms are “out of order” I’ve been in at least a dozen times in the last 8+ months and they always have them closed off “out of order” - EVERY single time. One time I asked a staff member why they were always closed and he said it was because they didn’t have anyone to clean them. Seems weird that a huge corporation like Staples can’t figure out a regular janitorial service.

  What happened!? Used to be such a great spot for returns...just waited 20 minutes...the person behind me left saying they waiting 45 minutes the day before...The person doing the returns keeps apologizing loudly yet stands there and watches another employee make a box before returning to help customers...No one else in the store...but for some reason this is the only person who can process returns....but he keeps doi g everything else under the sun except helping g the line. Extremely frustrating and we al know its a simple click...I really hope something is done. I NEVER WRITE BAD REVIEWS! but this was madness and bow I come here to see so many other complaining about tje same thing. And he said I would get a receipt emailed? I always walked out with my receipt now I dont even know if my things were processed correctly! Where is the management of this place?

  Went to this location yesterday and received great service. Everyone was helpful and we purchased a new printer. The sales rep. was very attentive to what we were looking for. Thanks for the outstanding customer service.
