This is the second time I have had an issue here, both times with Brian. He seems to personally enjoy making things difficult for every simple process. The absolute worst postal service ever experienced in my life.

The absolute WORST. I walked in 12:56 (4 minutes before they close). My package was ready to go in a box, but I needed a shipping label. There are typically shipping labels in the lobby, but that was not the case when I arrived. The lady at the front was also MIA when I arrived. I called out "hello" twice and heard someone blowing their nose. At 12:59 she appeared and was immediately so incredibly rude. She said "you have 1 minute, you have to get out now and you can go to the other side we are closing". I was complying to her demands, but I did explain I had been waiting for a few minutes and she said "well we are closing you can't send this it isn't even ready to go". I said it was already boxed and I just needed to fill out a label and she immediately interrupted and said you came in not prepared this can't be sent out you have to get out and go over to self checkout. I said okay that is fine, but I did get here 4 minutes ago and you were not here. I wanted to make that a point since she was making it seem like I was to blame for her being missing in the back. She had such an attitude for a customer who was simply asking questions about where I would need to do the self check out since I have not done this before at this location and out of absolutely nowhere she started raising her voice at me saying she's a federal employee. Considering I got there before closing and she was the one who was doing who knows what in the back I decided to ask for her supervisors information and I also started taking a video because she made me very uncomfortable. Apparently she doesn’t know her company’s policies because she told me I was filming her illegally in a federal building and that she’s a federal employee. Interestingly enough I dealt with her on a different occasion except in the morning. I got there at 8:35am and she was MIA with a line forming out the door. She was apparently doing her makeup, which is why she was late (she showed up to the front with her makeup mirror doing her makeup). After reading previous comments it sounds like she has a history of giving attitude and being nothing but rude to customers. Her name is Kerry and she is extremely hostile and arrogant. She uses her title of being a "federal employee" against customers as a threat that she “holds the power”. I simply had questions and apparently that was too much for her to handle.

The smell of MOLD is so severe in this building I cannot fathom they allow people to work here. I was about to spend tons of money shipping and literally had to leave. The mold is VIsIBLE on the ceiling. The second I walked in it hit me. This is disgusting and unhealthy.

A black man, Anthony, pressed all the buttons on the digital pay screen that I was supposed to press including the one to let the post office know if I was happy with the service or not. I was not. I told him that I saw him do that. He just laughed it off. Now that I know he does this I will not return to this location ever again. Thanks to the other person who posted they the two nylack postal workers took her box and never returned it to her because it was to be dropped off at UPS... Did they keep her return. We can omly guess. They deney ever having it, and he is a supervisor!! God help us!
