First, I went to the UPS location near my home at 1193 SE Port St. Lucie Blvd. Unfortunately, after a very brief chat, their answer was simply “No.” However, the UPS location at 2515 NW Federal Hwy exceeded my expectations. I spoke with Shannon, and she truly made my day by explaining in detail how everything works. She showed me how they carefully wrap and package items, how insurance works, and walked me through the different pricing options. She was so kind and helpful that I would rather drive half an hour to this location than go to the one near my house. OUTSTANDING service! Thank you, Shannon!
