  Avoid doing an Amazon return at Staples at all cost! Long lines, inefficiency, and to top it off, they are no longer providing receipts. I was greeted by a cold individual who didn’t seem like he cared whether or not my return reached its destination. Twenty four hours into it, when I hadn’t heard from Amazon that my return was in transit, I went back to Staples asking for answers. A very nice gentleman, this time, looked it up and said regretfully my return had evidently slipped through the cracks! No receipt, and no proof that I had returned the item. I eventually received my refund, but not without headaches and loss of my precious time. They have a stack of cards at the return counter with Amazon’s name and phone number to hand out, so disgruntled customers can call Amazon regarding their missing returns! At the UPS Store, my returns are completed within 30 seconds, and my refund is normally issued within 5 minutes. Unfortunately I was forced to do this particular return at Staples for whatever reason.

  I came to this location looking for information about printing business cards and other materials for my business. Unfortunately, the employee working in the print area, Nicolás, showed absolutely no interest in helping me. Instead of assisting me, he simply pointed at a paper and said, “You have to send an email — all the prices are there.” When I asked about the different types of materials available for the business cards, he didn’t offer to show me any samples or explain the options. He just said, “The cards are out there,” and continued looking at his phone. The lack of customer service and professionalism was very disappointing. If I could give less than one star, I would.

  The service at staples printing station was phenomenal we as a photobooth business use Staples for are advertising needs from cards to brochures and even a poster board. What great quality Staples gives. 100 % recommended

  This store lacks inventory as with ALL Staples chains. Your Lexar SD cards were the best, now you just get what you can when they went to PNY, when you can get them, I’ve had a few with bad sectors. I was lucky to buy a Lexar 4tb , and 8 or your 128’s literally they are THE best investment! But San Disk sucks, you should drop them, load up on Lexar I’ll clean your shelves! And stop storing minute crap behind the counter this isn’t the ghetto,
