One poor employee for a long line through the store of return customers. They never even call for back up at busy times. At least when UPS was the free return option they always had 3-4 staff members helping with returns.

He carefully documented everything necessary about my PC, and told me it’ll probably be ready the next. I was happily surprised when Dennis called me about two hours later alerting me that my PC was finished. He then explained all the steps taken to address some 36 issues that were slowing down my PC’s performance. He advised that he added a troubleshooting app that is free for the first year! Thanks Dennis!
