I’m often dropping large quantities of packages and I do my best to visit this location - even going out of my way to do so because it’s a more pleasant experience. the team at this store is always friendly, helpful, communicative, and efficient. Bonnie and Al are usually there when I’m dropping off a zillion packages, and they never ever make me feel like a bother. this is also the only location I’ve been to where staff offers to help you carry in your boxes, even though it’s a very high volume location. if there’s a line - no worries, they’ll move as quickly as they can to help customers. my expectations were changed by their level of service, because some other locations don’t even have door stops! the care and intention put into this location is apparent and I’m so glad they’re in the neighborhood. thanks so much y’all!
