There's nothing worse than when you're confused while trying to mail something and the staff is short, rude, and impatient with you (looking at you USPS). Cathy was patient with me while I filled out a document for her to notarize ($10). Cathy was also patient and helpful while I mailed small gifts to friends out of state (I did not have the addresses I needed ready. Stupid of me, I know). Being friendly goes a long way. As long as their service is like this, I will continue to visit this store.
