I've never once gotten a response back from them from probably dozens of resumes I've submitted over the years, and I'm a network engineer. Don't try calling them because they just want to dump you into somone's voicemail or prevent you at all costs from being able to speak with a real live recruiter. On my last attempt to reach someone after I applied, I spoke with a receptionist and the only way to get a word in was to speak over her voice.
