They dont care if their customer service tells you incorrectly because noone is going to get in trouble. I went to the library and got the return label, called customer service to see if I need to go to any drop off. They said any would do. Let me be clear FedEx dropped off this scooter containing a battery. Yet I take it here and they won't take it. Even though they delivered it with the battery to begin with. This product was defective. I have followed all instructions by both Amazon and FedEx Customer service. Driven to 3 locations and spent 3 days. None of this was my issue. It is in the original box with the return label. You either agree to handle products with batteries, or you dont. But you dont make it impossible for a customer to return after you've already handled it previously. Im a business woman who has spent A LOT of money with Amazon and do believe that I jyst called them and had a 40 mon conversation to be compensated for 2 days and 3 trips all over St Petersburg with a fractured shoulder and humerus. The lack of people first, and Automation is the worst thing to ever happen.
