Within the hour I had freshly printed and cut programs and was out the door. The staff were truly lifesavers!

I came in today and had a large box that I needed to have shipped. I asked the girl with long dark hair if I could have a form to fill out. She said something to the effect that we don't use forms anymore and something about air mailing... She then walked away continuing to pack the box that she was packing and told me the guy in the back would come out and help me. She yelled back to him and he proceeded to ignore me and ask her if she wanted him to put something in her car. He then proceeded to count money while, not only me, but another customer waited. The grand finale was when he yelled out that it would have been faster if next time we had pre-printed labels. I proceeded at that point to pick my large box up and leave the store to look for a UPS store or a store that at least acted like they care about customer service. No one even noticed, or cared that I left and they continued doing what they were doing. If I were the owner of that franchise, I would be upset that not only are they losing me as a customer, the lady next to me was truly upset too. Like I said, if this were an isolated case, I probably would mot have written this... It has happened several times at this location and I will drive further in the future so I do not have to deal with this again.
