  Wine At The Docks Tarpon Springs transitioned to a new POS. Zack and Dan were hands in providing training, modifications and in going support. The transition / training we were dreading has been a breeze! Their follow-up is impeccable. They went above and beyond to ensure we are able to serve our guests while we made the switch. I wish I could give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  There’s a reason Tampa Bay Pay is #1 in the pinellas and Hillsborough area. They go above and beyond for their business owners and strive to help businesses save money on processing, set them up with free equipment, and they don’t do contracts. I thought I was stuck with Square because I had a loan with them. I am able to get set up with a new loan with lower interest through Tampa Bay Pay and pay off the square loan. They even help with online payment gateways and got it set up with a compliant dual pricing program to help save my margin. Zac, Dan, and the rest of the team were great to work with and were there every step of the way. The communication was on point and I never felt like I was in the dark. Any smart business owner should switch to them because I’m saving so much money now and if anything goes wrong I have local experts to call on.
