My seller was in Japan, a 13 hour time difference - Michael continuously went the extra mile to make it as smooth as possible for my seller. I can't even express my gratitude for Michael in words, THANK YOU MIKE! Update 07/09/2024: I have never worked with a better title team and closer like Michael Robinson and Sunbelt. Unless my seller requests another title company, I would never consider anybody else because of Michael Robinson and team. Not only is Michael incredibly knowledgeable about the industry (and up to date), which helps me out whenever I talk to him; I've never interacted with him and had an inkling that he's having a bad day. Michael is a calm in any difficult transaction, I'm sure that same sentiment is felt by the many real estate agents and clients he regularly interacts with. I cannot say enough good things about Mike, from basic conversations to the amount of detail he puts into coordinating and preparing our files, he is always going above and beyond. I currently have a transaction ongoing with a seller that is not one to usually express gratitude, and even he made a comment about how hard Michael works! That was a true testament.
