Today I had a small situation with my return and the cashier associate called over Christopher I believe he is a manager, he was Awesome, patient and helpful. He was understanding and kind. Although I looked frustrated and upset Christopher kept his cool , he even took a moment to acknowledge my son with ASD whom had a couple of question’s. Thank you.

There was no waiting, and a young lady immediately started to diagnose the problem. I ended up leaving it, but the service was fast, and they fixed the problem. I am thoroughly pleased with their service.

I had the pleasure of working with him yesterday while doing an Amazon return, and I was genuinely impressed by his attitude and work ethic. Jasper maintained such a positive, upbeat energy throughout the entire interaction. He was extremely patient, very friendly to customers, and truly went above and beyond. At one point, he was handling at least three different positions all on his own—yet still had a smile on his face and even managed to be funny and informative at the same time. You don’t often meet people in retail who bring that kind of energy and professionalism. He made what could’ve been a stressful errand feel effortless and even enjoyable. Jasper absolutely deserves recognition for his hard work and attitude!
