    I cant rave enough about Jo Ellen in the printing department at Staples! I needed to print a poster and what I uploaded was blurry (Erica called me the night before to let me know). I went the next morning and Jo Ellen not only took the time to help us try and figure out the problem but when it wasn't working took my design and perfected it on her system. Needless to say, she did an excellent job and the poster was perfect! Thank you so much Jo Ellen!!
