    A few days ago I stopped by Staples to see if someone could help me with some questions about my laptop. I am so happy to say that James was the tech person to assist. Not only did he research my questions but also explained the answers to me in a way I could understand. He was patient and kind. Thank you James. You are an asset to the St. Augustine Staples.

    Recently, I went into the Staples store in St. Augustine, Florida and wanted to see if they were having a sale on security cameras. I talked to Chris who explained all about the camera that I would need. I also had questions about a return, and again he was very helpful, friendly and professional. Unlike many retailers that rush you out of the store, or don't even have customer service anymore, Staples went above and beyond here, hence this review that they deserve.
