I'm not gonna lie.I was a little rude to the gentleman.I dealt with today, not gonna hide behind that fact. But when I set my package down on the counter, he didn't ask me, what was in it.He picked it up and started bending it or attempting to bend it and i'm like, what are you doing? He's like, well.I'm trying to see what's in...... You should ask me and then he got attitude from me on the rest of the whole thing. Because I was upset because he was damaging a product is sold and in all honesty, there's a good chance that when it gets there, the person's gonna ask for a refund because of damage that might have been done by the associate. **updat** So the product showed up finally and it was damaged. Mind you in didnt get to hold the product after he took itt he said he couldn't let me leave with it cause I could put the label on a diffrent package. Ive never once made a review and wanted a person to follow up now I do this is unacceptable.... absolutely unacceptable..... i can id the person if I go back in but wont without a manager accompanying me. They absolutely deserve some sort of reprimand. Im not saying fired cause I dont wish that on anyone cause he couls have been having a bad day however. They do deserve to be introuble.

Nothing against this location personally but all in all the USPS is terrible. I used them to mail out a package for 3 day service and it's is 3 weeks now still didn't arrive. Not sure what the deal is but definitely uncalled for. Horse and carriage went out many years ago. Will they reimburse me the $13, of course not. Will the package ever get delivered, of course not. I highly suggest save your money and use a different company.

Was going here for about a year, recently I was asked by a clerk with some tattoos and jewelry(male) what I was shipping. I replied "stuff" as I've actually never been asked what I'm shipping, if its a book or something that requires a different category of shipping I usually say that before I hand my package over. In this case he took me saying stuff as "rude" and refused my service. Pretty disappointed as I feel like the post office can't refuse my business, mail is anonymous, only I and the company that I've bought or sent something should know what it is, in this case the item is also somewhat valuable and I would prefer others don't know that. Quite an odd reaction from the man, probably having a bad day but that should not be reflected on me because of it. Hopefully a station manager see's this and can ask, and take care of things, would love to use the location but the man was a bit intimidating for no reason. Ill take my business elsewhere until he's gone. A government building should have employees that take their job seriously and don't get butthurt over nothing essentially. ps: my package literally said "card kingdom" as the address I was sending to
