I don’t understand how, after so many complaints about the extremely slow service at this UPS location, nothing has been done to fix the issue. The line takes forever — there were only four people ahead of me, and it still took more than 30 minutes.

This place is always out the door busy … they have several people working so it goes smooth but it’s alway busy. I have had to leave because I would have had to stand outside and did not want that so I went down the road

When your servicing people and having an attitude that equals lost a business. I will never come back to this UPS store again. The attitude and lack of service they have in this place does not warrant me spending my money or by time.

They wont take amazon returns without a box even when your amazon return says "No label No box required". They refused to accept my return without a box. And yes, this location pops up on my amazon app as a no box no label location for amazon returns.
