There were a line of frustrated customers in front of me, and a few frustrated customers behind me for various reasons however, The transaction I was hoping for was to buy 3 sheets of resume paper, it should've taken less than 30 seconds. She insisted that I MUST print something on it, if not she can't sell it to me. Since this resume paper is a gift for my nephew who needs a job, I stepped out of line, created a google doc wrote "merry Christmas, use the back" sent it to the staples E-mail, got back in line to finally purchase the paper. In all fairness I think she has good intentions when it comes to abiding the companies policies, but I believe this was a transaction that required a bit more common sense. Now my nephew has to use resume paper with "merry Christmas, use the back" and hope that the employer doesn't care.

I came in looking for a few items I couldn’t locate, and she went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed. It’s rare to come across someone so patient, attentive, and genuinely kind. Her excellent customer service made my visit quick, easy, and enjoyable. Thank you, Jillian, for making my shopping experience outstanding!

I unfortunately didn't get the names of the young man behind the print desk and the young lady at the front register, but the one cashier was number 3046512. We came into the store to return a couple of Amazon packages, pick up a custom print order and purchase a new printer. ALL three employees that we interacted with were knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful! Thank you!!!
