  Reviews point to their services being Ok which is why I was moved to contact them. But their work ethics and client treatment turned out to be highly questionable, at least that was my experience with one of the accountants! Last year (2017) represented my first request for their tax preparation services. Scheduled a meeting, provided and discussed the information to prepare my individual tax return (2016), including checking and possibly re-computing of the previous year (2015) carry-overs. Based on what was presented and discussed I then requested a quote for the preparation of the return and was indicated between $200-$250; however, I was surprised with a $450 bill when I went to pick up the 1040. Asked why the significant price difference from what was quoted, but was not provided with an explanation, Mr Ricciuti simply modified the bill to $250, I payed and left thinking it was most likely a clerical error. This year I contacted the same accountant to let him know I was almost finished gathering all the information, and asked what would be the cost now that he had a clear idea of what it would take to do my 1040. After a week of no response, I re-inquired and got a reply indicating - he was not going to prepare my taxes anymore as he was not willing to “bargain” for their services! Attempting to over-bill and then acting indignant when confronted with what can only be construed as a scamming tactic - and on top of that been treated rudely for having the “audacity” to question the unexpected marked price difference - is simply unacceptable! Look elsewhere for accounting and tax preparation services if (not being over-billed) trust and work ethics are important to you!

  I definitely recommend them. They helped me with my small business taxes. Super nice and helpful in every way possible. I can’t say enough about them, just give them a shot and they will win your business just as they did mine.
