This location definitely is in the business of customer service, also being helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the services offered. Bonita was everything above! I live in Belle Glade but would definitely travel a little father out of my way to South Bay because of Bonita’s customer service! I was given the run around at my location and told they don’t offer services to Mail a passport which was not the case and was repeated told “they don’t do that” All I needed was a priority envelope and a money order. Sadly these days it’s had to find workers that exude customer service skills. Thank you Ms. Bonita for your kindness! You are awesome!!
