I could not use my truck. Two days later tracking finally showed it held at post office. Regular mail delivery used to take 3 days. Now takes 5 to 7. Common for mail to be delivered to wrong address or lost.

She complains about mail box height when the box has been here for years. She always acts angry that she must deliver a package. She frequently will refuse to deliver a package if the dog is outside...mind you the dog doesn't respond to anyone other than a bark...which is what dogs topically do. This carrier acts as though she hates her job and I think it's time she finds a new job or just do the job required from USPS.
