She worked on a tracking number for me until she found out the solution and called me back with her results!!! This little post office is always very busy but such a pleasure to go to because of the people that work there!!
- JRJoseph RichardsonJan 29, 20265.0Unbelievable Customer Support!!! I honestly cannot believe the level of customer service I received at this Post Office. I lost my mailbox key and went in to request a replacement from the manager, Jennifer. I explained that I’m a U.S. Air Force Veteran and was expecting critical medication. Jennifer immediately helped me get a new key the very next day. When I went to check my mail, I realized the lock itself was faulty. I returned to the Post Office, and Jennifer once again stepped in. She listened, showed genuine empathy, and took immediate action by contacting my mail carrier, Michelle. I live less than a quarter mile away — and by the time I got back to my mailbox, Michelle was already there testing the new keys and inspecting the lock. It was clear the lock needed replacement. Even though I was frustrated, Michelle assured me she would return the next morning to fix it. She absolutely kept her word. The next day, the lock was replaced and working perfectly. Then, when my medication arrived, Michelle personally hand-delivered it to me. That level of care is rare. Jennifer and Michelle truly had my best interest in mind, and you can tell when people genuinely care. Their teamwork, professionalism, and compassion were outstanding. Thank you, Jennifer and Michelle — your dedication does not go unnoticed. Keep up the great work.

Jennifer is super kind everytime I stop by, Deva is always willing to help and ask questions of her other co workers to make sure she's got it right, and the Tominator it the absolute best! His knowledge and skill are of no comparison, and plus he's super funny, and handsome, and charming, and he's me. ^_^
