- JMJohnna McdanielDec 16, 20252.0Went there to mail a package with one ounce of perfume in it. Told me had to have a symbol. Really didn't explain it very well to me told me to take it to Staples or a mail package store. Wasted trip to this post office use to be very helpful but not now.

They were incredibly patient, taking the time to clearly explain which stamps to use and how to properly label a mailing package. Their positive attitudes made the experience even better! Sheril, who commutes all the way from Kissimmee, was still upbeat and welcoming, which really stood out. Both she and Debbie remembered small details about returning customers, making the interaction feel personal and thoughtful. Exceptional service—thank you both!
