There was 1 teller with a line at least 10 people long so I waited 15 mins for them to tell me to go somewhere else for supplies. I ship through USPS all the time for my small business and they couldn't even spare a free piece of tape. Will definitely be considering other places for my packages from now on.

No worries, there are new gripes weekly with this federal government run institution. This week, it's a bent license plate. Paint is damaged all over the corner so now I get to watch it deteriorate and peel off, and get pulled over for it, in about 3 years.
