I know it is Christmas time -- but one employee in customer service with a line almost out the door -- come on USPS -- you can do better than that at 9:30 in the morning on a Monday.

Kevin was wonderful! He was super helpful and kind. The post office was slightly busy this morning but both Kevin and the other rep never lost their smile. They were swift, efficient and friendly the whole time!

I have no idea why this post office is rated so poorly. I had an excellent experience today. The line was about eight deep, but there were four clerks, one at each checkout area. Everyone there was friendly and efficient. I would absolutely go there again.
