  They're very condescending and dismissive when just trying to get basic information. We're all adults and saying things like "it's not our rules" doesn't answer a direct question. The shorter lady with the really short hair is just utterly unkind. I just relocated here and it was my first experience here. From reading your responses to bad reviews you seem to reflect and do not actually care to correct any of your social ques that are lacking in basic customer service. Susanne/Savannah couldn't even hardly respond to any questions and then the other lady is just short and snappy. To think I considered a mailbox here because Brittany was super kind and helpful on the phone. Just so disappointed. Edit. No I wasn't wanting you to fix anything I asked questions on how I could contact UPS to help me, so you're incorrect there. I wasn't condescending until your employee was. Obviously I am not ignorant about the knife situation so stop be condescending in your responses. You definitely do not like your customers having a bad review to report to you. You're still deflecting to me. Your Savannah is very meek and I had to ask specific questions over and over to get the answers so yes by that point I was frustrated then your other employee (probably you) decided to turn her head cockeyed and said something about rules, when I never asked your employees to violate them. So to come on here and project that I did is insane. I asked for something to open the package and I reached out and was immediately berated about rules.You all need reflection because no business or human is perfect. I can imagine you have plenty more bad reviews, they're either getting removed because you seem so coercive about everything . Projection is difficult. Train your employees in being secure in answering questions without having them ask 100 questions to get the actual answer and snarky tones. If they don't know there's no need to play dumb and kick pebbles around.

  Rian and Jehrica's team are AMAZING!! They have printed so many different projects for me, from birthday invites for my teenage daughter to large format pictures on canvas. They have also been able to help my contractor friends with blueprints!!! There is no project too small or too large for them! You can also one-stop-shop and bring your personal amazon returns when picking up your prints!

  Had to stop in earlier to drop a package off. Even though it was a bit crowded I got to the counter quickly. A woman with red highlights helped me and was very sweet and incredibly attractive (sorry). I was out the door quickly with my tracking number in hand.
