    For Ryan Defense..This time of year you are standing in lines and at times you get to witness a person who has no patience..no grace and certainty no respect for the hard working people who serve your needs. I have for a very long time used this UPS store ..just because of Ryan! His knowledge and professionalism is always top notch. He Always goes above and beyond for me in handling all of needs. Today he was treated terrible by "that one customer" who was NOT SO NICE...to put it nicely. Very patience with her..very respectful..but he was shut down by her need to try and tell him...how to do his job!! The threat to leave a bad review simply because she could was so WRONG!!! Ryan and the people that work there...deserve respect...grace...and most importantly.. a " Thank you" ...especially this time of year!! Keep up the great work team UPS!! Lifelong customer!!

    This is the best UPS store I've been too, and I travel for a living! Staff totally attention to detail, friendly like a mom am pop shop! Had 88 pages of 2'x3' plans ready within 3 hrs. Probably see y'all soon have another project in St. Pete Beach in December.
