My phone call was at 9:15am this morning 12/20/2025. My track # 9261290376147953810380. I’m giving you this info because my package WASNT delivered. My neighbors were all outside. The package was not delivered. The female with zero concern for my package was sad since ITS HER JOB!! I was very calm about the whole thing but this POSTAL WORKER proceeded to yell at me “Look lady I can’t ask her because she isn’t standing in front of Me”! Whoa whoa whoa! Did this pitiful person just yell at Me because I’m asking what do I do about a missing package?? MY MISSING PACKAGE!! Is this a joke?! I’m blown away by the unprofessional behavior of this miserable excuse for a human being. Sad. And this is USPS! I would also like it noted that this same Out of Control Postal Worker also elaborated the fact that “Porch Pirates are everywhere!” Sounding 100% UNCONCERNED!

Such handling does not reflect the standards of service that customers rely on, especially at a time when maintaining strong relationships and trust is essential for future success.
