To the lady that answered the phone at Seffner PO this morning, I hope you have a HORRIBLE DAY AND YOU SHOULD BR SHAMED OF YOURSELF. My phone call was at 9:15am this morning 12/20/2025. My track # 9261290376147953810380. I’m giving you this info because my package WASNT delivered. My neighbors were all outside. The package was not delivered. The female with zero concern for my package was sad since ITS HER JOB!! I was very calm about the whole thing but this POSTAL WORKER proceeded to yell at me “Look lady I can’t ask her because she isn’t standing in front of Me”! Whoa whoa whoa! Did this pitiful person just yell at Me because I’m asking what do I do about a missing package?? MY MISSING PACKAGE!! Is this a joke?! I’m blown away by the unprofessional behavior of this miserable excuse for a human being. Sad. And this is USPS! I would also like it noted that this same Out of Control Postal Worker also elaborated the fact that “Porch Pirates are everywhere!” Sounding 100% UNCONCERNED!

I recently had an interaction with a local postmaster that fell far short of the professionalism and courtesy one would expect from the United States Postal Service. The approach was combative and dismissive, with no effort to provide assistance or demonstrate empathy. Unfortunately, the situation was handled in a manner that only added to the frustration. The issue stemmed from a minor detail—the sender listed “United States” alongside my address—yet the response lacked flexibility or understanding. This experience was particularly disheartening given that it occurred during the holiday season, a time when customer service and professionalism should be paramount. Such handling does not reflect the standards of service that customers rely on, especially at a time when maintaining strong relationships and trust is essential for future success.

Wish I could give 0 stars. The tall, bald employee with the northern accent had a terrible attitude. He was overly controlling and made no effort to help—just made things harder for no reason. Absolutely awful customer service. Avoid this place if you can.

Since moving to Seffner over a year ago, I don’t get any of the mail that I’m supposed to. I did everything necessary to route our mail to our new house. After speaking to a woman at the post office, she was rude and didn’t seem to care about my problem at all. Issue unresolved.

Compliments to all front desk staff who are very nice and professional at all times Love when staff greets customers with a smile in their voice and with a calming effect which helps when we stuck in traffic and we trying to rush to the post office before closing. I must admit personnel have Excellent Customer Services they all politely accommodate customers specially the disable and seniors that’s prices less to me. Thank you for hiring exceptional staff with Patience and Excellent Customer Services especially people that are bilingual and compassionate to assist others with Excellent Customer services....... Please continue to treat staff good they truly deserve it they truly make a difference in your branch/location ........
