- ASAnne SmithMar 17, 20261.0If I could give a 0 star rating I would. We live in the Orange Blossom area. In the past couple of years our mail service has become extremely unacceptable. We continue to get the wrong mail and many occasions we do not get expected mail in a timely manner. I even signed up for daily emails of scanned mail being delivered. I notice all the time that I want receive an envelope and receive the next day or not at all. I ordered checks over 1 month ago. I have called company twice and was told if we didn't receive by 16th they would reprint and ship again. I called today and the checks were returned for incorrect address. The address was correct. I'm assuming they were put into someone else mailbox and returned. Last week we received our neighbors medication. Fortunately for him we knew him and dropped off at his house. Unacceptable! Also last week my husband watched the mail carrier put mail in our mailbox and went down the road and came back and put more mail into our mailbox. ?? Not sure what is going on. We have "NO" faith or trust in the US Postal Service. Hopefully Sebring office can resolve this employee issue. I think this is a serious matter and requires a serious overhaul of training and employees. Again unacceptable!!
