Tracy, you should have stayed on lunch break. It's obvious from your demeanor and attitude that you do not want to be here working. You are rude and seemed too lazy or don't care at all to answer questions about my/anyone's issue. You work there! You should know procedures and not have to yell down the counter at "the boss" to answer them. Unprofessional. Which is extremely unfortunate.
