I am extremely disappointed by the service we received or the lack thereof by the mail carrier at this most office . We paid for certified letters that were supposed to be delivered by October 20, but they were never delivered. When I asked the mail carrier why, she told me she “didn’t have to deliver them if she didn’t want to.” Shockingly, she brought all of the letters back to our office on November 21 — an entire month late. I made a complaint at the office on October 21, but nothing was taken seriously until I physically brought the undelivered letters back into the post office. The postmaster, Jackie, is almost never in the office, and when I asked about a refund, she immediately said no. Considering we paid for a service that was not completed, we were absolutely entitled to a refund. Thankfully, Brandon was the only person willing to help. We eventually received a $492 refund. His professionalism was the only positive part of this entire experience. Overall, the service was terrible, unprofessional, and incredibly disappointing. This location needs a post master who cares about the community.

Un fortunately what I thought would be a small hurdle to handle has know turned into government ran u.s.ps boondoggle so we purchased a brand new home in wagon wheel estates sebring Fl .its in transition from rvs to mfg homes .my wife is 100% disabled so the postmaster at this facility recommended I file a form showing a need for delivery service service to be dropped in front of our brand new home in a mailbox all the forms were filled documents regarding my wife's disability were handed over from her primary care doctor.at first county employees said the the street had to be renamed that wasn’t the case at all the county commissioner mr.don elwell tried to help he wasn’t able to achieve any positive results calling this office to have a update forget about that they never pick up.there phone so I personally went there I did get to speak with postmaster Jackie very pleasant professional she advised me that the owner of the park needed to file additional documents and that she recommends that park employees take my wife’s mail from a central drop within the park then have a park employee Ralph deliver her items.which i completely rejected these two men manager Tim and employee Ralph running a extremely busy park .i firmly believe the postmaster is angry with are current state of government and she is taking it out on a disabled American I believe it’s just pure and simpleminded laziness on the part of the letter carrier and the postmaster has her back to do as little as they can we must all remind these postal workers it’s us the taxpayers who pay there salaries healthcare and sweet pension deals also I paid 10.70 cents for first class envelope to local attorneys office with signature required the office of this attorney is 2 tenths of a mile away I ask for my signature card the answer the employee who delivered there scann wand wasn’t charged but the machine that received my payment was just another poor excuse I also feel very sad for employee Sylvia who was injured on the job and usps is making her drive to Tampa Fl for treatment a 2 to 3 hour drive plus gas plus tolls plus mileage on her car does usps care I don’t think so …so in closing postmaster Jackie’s wants the owner of the park to file additional paperwork they will do anything they can to get out of there responsibility the owner of the park lives in a different country making it that much more difficult owner Shane is fine gentleman and owner and wants what’s best for my wife even he concluded usps is just making our lives as hard as possible hopping we give up and food well that’s not happening…American government laziness we all should never allow this to happen god bless all
