- DGD GreeneOct 24, 20251.0I have used this post office three times. Twice, my package never made it to the recipient. The third time I tried to use them, they tried to overcharge me. They tried to charge me $7. Meanwhile, the PO in Grant, Florida confirmed they were overcharging. They sent the exact same envelope for me fo $1.50. Beware! Crooks and thieves work in the Sebastian facility. I have been wishing the Post Office would be cut from our government since the 1990s. They should sink or swim on their own. They do not deserve our tax dollars.
- JBJackie BartlettOct 16, 20251.0I wish I didn’t pay for a year for this PO Box at this post office and Sebastian on Main Street had a delivery to my PO Box two days ago came in last night no key in my box for a parcel locker walked into the post office this morning, looked in the box again no key. The keys are big. I would’ve noticed if it was in there go to the desk talk to the postmaster. He walked back. Talk to somebody Mysteriously. He said that he saw the worker pull a key from my box. Liars liars liars I just want everybody to know that this is an unscrupulous Post Office do not trust anything of value here because obviously they were trying to do something funny. I am not happy about this Post Office whatsoever other than my mail carrier who is awesome. When she is off, they hire seasonal workers who are disrespectful and untrained. I blame the postmaster directly for this he should have trained his employees on how to do their job properly. I am sorry, but I see no rules about picking up packages and only being able to scan five that is BS.
