But stopped here on my way home from work and was helped by Hiram. What a great and respectful gentleman to have the opportunity of being helped by! He was very easy-going, kind, quick, and informative of the entire process, reaffirming what I needed to do to get all my documents taken care of. Dude needs a raise fr. Probably one of the best and nicest experiences I've ever had at a UPS not gonna lie. Great people, and great customer service at this place. Shoutout the homies who helped me here! Thank you again

I want to go to business that they are able to recognize that their reason for growing and being where they’re is due to customers that utilize their services. This UPS store is used by many senior citizens that are not able to pick up their boxes; either because they are heavy or too big, therefore, they are going to have to dragged them, and if the owner worries more about their shiny new floors, senior are smart enough to take their business elsewhere
