I have tried calling multiple times and all I get is a robot I just moved to the area and the post office keeps marking my packages that I requested to have my packages picked up at the facility?! I work in Saint Augustine until 5 it takes me almost an hour to get home and they close at 4:30 so how do they expect me to get my packages when I work Monday - Saturday and can’t make it to there office at all this place is a joke! I wish I could give no stars!

And they did it to me again today, I get a notification when my packages n mail are delivered, I got a text this morning saying that my package was delivered in and around my mailbox..n nothing!!!. it just happens to be my medication so God knows where they were delivered to. I'm waiting for a response from the post office. The carriers are distracted driving so they don't pay attention to what they're putting in everybody's box. I get somebody else's mail at least once a week.
