- KKKari KounkelApr 15, 20261.0I drove 30 minutes here because the line at the local office was a block long and the self serve kiosk died. It says online it’s open 24 hrs a day. It’s not. Didn’t read the small print. I used the working self serve and tried to ask the tax payer funded staff if it would still be picked up today. But they stood at the counter staring as if they didn’t understand the English. I hate government services. Hate them. They’re inefficient and the staff is often unhelpful. Privatize the US Postal Service!!!!
