  This is by far the worst UPS location in the area. Every visit feels like you’re inconveniencing the staff….they consistently come across as annoyed and uninterested in helping. During my most recent visit for an Amazon return, one employee was visibly frustrated, rolling his eyes and sighing while handling my items. When I asked if everything was okay, I was met with a rude response and attitude. To make matters worse, the return I dropped off at this location later showed as never delivered, which is extremely concerning….. Overall, this has been a consistently unpleasant experience, and I would strongly recommend going out of your way to another location rather than dealing with this one

  I've used this UPS store many times and always had great service. Back in February, I was out-of-town and needed something sent to me the next day. A friend had it overnighted from this store but there was a mix-up and I didn't get it on time. I spoke with Doug and he made sure I got it as soon as possible. I received the package early the next morning. I put in a claim a few weeks later with the UPS Shipping corporation but they said I didn't do it within 15 days of the incident. Doug didn't agree with that and decided the store would honor the claim and gave me the full amount owed. I will continue to use this store because of this and the usual great service.

  I like UPS a lot and their service but charging 3 dollars for printing a pre paid label, i would rather print at Walgreens for 30 cents.
