Calling the local number pushes the caller through several recorded messages and caller prompts motivating you to accept an automated answer or pursue online information. Eventually, after a few minutes of this, the system finally says they are connecting you to a customer service agent at which time the phone rings five or six times then provides a recording that no customer service agents are available -- and then it cuts the call! No holding for the next agent. No callback feature. You've just been given the finger then the boot. I did this routine 4-5 times over an entire afternoon, with the exact same result every time. There is no customer service here. Shameful. They need more humans!!!

She went to the post office for assistance, and the supervisor, Jason Kerr, was very helpful. He informed her that the tracking number was incorrect and provided documentation she can use to request a refund from the company. Our family lives in the 34237 area and has visited this post office regularly. We have always been satisfied with the service provided by the staff.

They don't have a cleaning crew, ( as im told is the reason) so nobody can open the doors until the manager decides to come in at 8:30 in the morning. Google says they're open today, The doors are locked. . So...🤔 CLOSED? 🤷♂️
