Place was extremely slow not enough people working there. I asked a very Small woman Philippina or Latina to postmark my envelope after I already paid she then went ahead and weighed it and told me I needed to pay more. Not a very good way to do business.

Due to my own mistake, a package containing my baby blanket was attempted to deliver to the wrong address. After driving around to find it, and being on the useless customer service line for over an hour, I went into this facility and spent another hour trying to find the package and intercept it before it was returned to sender. Thankfully, Jose the supervisor is an absolute angel and after one agent at the desk told me it wasn’t there, Jose went back to search and found my package. I have been reunited with a piece of my childhood and can’t thank Jose enough for his diligence. Thank you times a million.

I mailed a package to my family in Michigan from this location. The came to my home in Florida instead. I took the package in to have it sent to the correct address. The employees did not attempt to help, blamed me, wanted me to pay again to send it. Poor customer service and poor management. Very unpleasant experience.

This place has gone completely down the toilet since the old tellers left and retired. The new people don’t know what they are doing. They tried to charge me $8 today to send out a little envelope with tracking which should not cost more than $5. The tellers they have now can barely speak English. Excrutiatingly frustrating. Go anywhere but here. The Standards of the Post Office have cratered. Pathetic. The worst part is I know nothing will get done and this teller will continue to rip off unsuspecting customers through her sheer incompetence.

This location will not help you if you’re disabled. I’m disabled, I have one arm and my remaining hand has nerve damage. The clerk refused to help me address a package and when I told her I couldn’t and needed assistance she got rude, repeatedly refused to help me, told me to address it myself and wait in line again. I was told this is USPS policy and to move along. I left and went to the Ringling Ave post office and was in and out in under 5 minutes; they had no problem helping me. This location is a nightmare; drive the extra 5 minutes to go to another post office.
