The employees did not attempt to help, blamed me, wanted me to pay again to send it. Poor customer service and poor management. Very unpleasant experience.

They tried to charge me $8 today to send out a little envelope with tracking which should not cost more than $5. The tellers they have now can barely speak English. Excrutiatingly frustrating. Go anywhere but here. The Standards of the Post Office have cratered. Pathetic. The worst part is I know nothing will get done and this teller will continue to rip off unsuspecting customers through her sheer incompetence.

The clerk refused to help me address a package and when I told her I couldn’t and needed assistance she got rude, repeatedly refused to help me, told me to address it myself and wait in line again. I was told this is USPS policy and to move along. I left and went to the Ringling Ave post office and was in and out in under 5 minutes; they had no problem helping me. This location is a nightmare; drive the extra 5 minutes to go to another post office.

Stopped in 6 times for a package and everytime the employees try and tell me its an invalid tracking number till I pull it up on my phone then its oh im not sure where its at... poor customer service at best
