This UPS has the most helpful and kindest employees. Every return is quick and easy - and they always engage with my curious kids. I want to say a special thank you to the young lady who urged me to take a photo of my returned equipment to Frontier - months and months later they tried to charge me $160 for it and I had proof because of her awesome reminder that I had in fact returned the equipment months ago. Thank you!!!

Driver did not come to my door to deliver a signature required package and left the sticky note on my mail box & ran off. Called this store and did nothing about it..

Worst experience at this UPS location. I came in to print, notarize, and mail a document. I was instructed to email my file to be printed, but after sending it, the employee who assisted me left the desk and never returned. I was left waiting while other employees continued assisting other customers.
When another employee (Theresa) approached, I explained I had emailed a PDF for printing. I was then asked out loud what the document was, which required me to disclose my business.
When I asked if the document could be notarized, there was no response. At the end, another employee, old lady, tossed the receipt sticker at me without saying anything. I had to ask if it was for me.
I received no acknowledgment, no apology, and no basic courtesy throughout the interaction. This experience felt dismissive and unprofessional I hope management addresses staff communication and customer service expectations.
