    I'm so excited to find another UPS location nearby. I approached and he even opened the door for me. And you guys were even open on a Sunday! Such a treat to come in and not have a line like the location over on Lorraine. Absolutely excellent customer service that went above and beyond! You were friendly. Gave me different suggestions for something that I mail every month. Thank you so much! This will become my new location for sure.

    Great UPS Store location on Fruitville Road! Everyone there is incredibly helpful and friendly. Today, Matt went above and beyond to assist me, and the whole team always greets you with a smile the moment you walk in, eager to help with whatever you need. It's so refreshing to have a neighborhood spot like this where the customer service is genuinely top-notch. So glad you opened in our area—thank you for making shipping and errands a pleasant experience!

    I had an amazing experience at this new UPS Store while I was in town for my wedding. I needed a large sign printed last minute with only about three days left, and this team went above and beyond to help me out. They called around to other locations, found a way to get the sign printed in time, and kept me updated the entire way. What really impressed me was that the manager/owner Matt’s wife even picked up the finished sign herself and drove it to the store so I could get it faster. I understand they might not always be able to offer that level of help once they get busier, but the fact that they did it for me meant a lot. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they helped take a big stress off my plate right before the wedding. If I lived in the area, this would absolutely be my go to UPS Store. Highly recommend!
