    I ship UPS all the time. I brought a package into the Ups store yesterday. They were going to overcharge me. I asked him to clarify why it was so expensive and they assured me that was the least expensive way to ship. I took my package back and brought it to another UPS store. I shipped it there For $106. The first UPS store was going to charge me $250 plus!!!!

    I came in to have passport photos done and Matt went above and beyond and even moved some stuff around to make sure the sun didn’t ruin the photos and my daughter who is 2 had a place to stand. He was super kind and they came out great!

    I had an amazing experience at this new UPS Store. The staff is friendly, respectful, and genuinely helpful. They even offered to tape my box for me and walked me through a simple upsell without being pushy. I’ve never been impressed by a shipping center before, but this one went above and beyond. They welcomed my service dog with open arms, handled everything quickly, and made the whole process easy. I’m honestly pleased with the level of service here and I’m excited to use this location for my small business distribution moving forward.

    I had a great experience at the new UPS Store in Lakewood Ranch! The representative who helped me was incredibly patient and kind — I had a bunch of Amazon returns, and he took the time to let me sort through everything and make sure I was doing it right. I really appreciated how friendly and helpful he was. The store itself is clean and welcoming, and I loved the Christmas music playing in the background — it made the whole visit feel cheerful and easy. I’ll definitely be coming back for future shipping and returns!

    We use the UPS store a lot, or, rather, my wife does. Anyway, we have gone to different UPS stores, and this one, by far, is the easiest to do business with and the friendliest of all of them. They have a post office box that we can rent, return Amazon items, ship to our customers and businesses, shred paper, create signs, and perform many other services. They are very easy to access and quick to handle your packages. Truly, the best!!! Highly recommend them!!
