- LLLeahFeb 2, 20261.0This is Brock O'neal I'm posting from my wife's phone as mine is dead at the moment. This is by far the worst branch I've dealt with. First they changed my ticket on me when I was already half way to the job that was about an 1 hr and 20 mins from me. I still took it. Then they tell me when I call and ask for my money that Im going to have to wait for everyone to put their time in to pay me. I didn't go there with them I did this separately through jobstack. I shouldn't have to wait on everyone else. Then the branch manager when I called was rude. He wanted to tell me I'll pay you guys when I get everyone's time. My time shouldnt be wasted just because somebody else wants to sleep in and being lazy waiting to submit their time. Then this branch said it can take up to 3 days to pay me because I chose direct deposit over their pay card. Which is garbage. I have always been paid the same day on my cash app card with every other branch I have worked for. They do not care about the situation they leave you in as long as they get their money. I highly suggest not working for this branch. I would highly suggest picking other branches of people ready. The bad part is I was out in this freezing cold until almost 2 o'clock working and the woman who ran the job even told me I was absolutely great to work with, very strong and easy to work with. Guess this is how your good ones are treated huh? Then when I talked to joy she says oh our branch manager is just under a lot of stress when I told her he was kind of rude to me. Guess that makes it all better huh? Why don't you get stuck in a town in your truck waiting on you guys to not drag ass to pay us in freezing temps then we can talk about stress. Thank you people ready for absolutely nothing
