Allan attempted to assist me and I have never felt more disrespected when asking for clarification and help on a return for my significant other. It was a simple return for a passport renewal and he acted like I was asking the most ridiculous questions. After printing the wrong information I come back inside less than 2 minutes later to ask for the package back as it is incorrect. He tells me the driver won’t get it, I asked if he was on the road and he said no. So I asked for him to get it as I just stepped outside. The driver didn’t want to get it but when he did, which was right away since he just put it there 1 minute ago, Al proceeded to give me attitude about the mistake I specifically asked him regarding the returning information. I decided to just leave and go somewhere else that is actually willing to help people and will never come back to this location as long as he is there. I recommend you do not support this disrespectful staff.
