- NZNatasha ZabekJul 30, 20251.0DO NOT USE!!! This UPS store does not follow the standards of UPS for picking up packages. The manager clearly explained that they are a franchise and do not follow UPS policy. My husband and I both had Amazon packages sent to this location and they would not allow me to pick up his package even though I had my ID, his ID and his tracking number which is explained as an allowable pick-up option under option 3 on the link UPS emails to you explaining pick-up instructions and ID requirements. They are extremely rude and do not deserve to bear the UPS name.
