  The team at the UPS Store in Santa Rosa Beach is absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond every single time to help me with anything I need—whether it’s shipping, printing, or tricky last-minute requests. Everyone is always so polite, upbeat, and genuinely happy to help, which makes every visit a great experience. I’ve been to several UPS locations in the area, and the customer service here is by far the best. It’s clear they truly care about their customers, and I really appreciate all they do!

  Zach is THE BEST!! Not only did I make a mistake by not double checking but we had to resend. He never once hesitated to assist me and did so with kindness & grace. Give Zach a Raise.

  Every staff member at this location is helpful, I come here multiple times a week, sometimes multiple times in a day, and I always feel taken care of by everyone here. I feel they are always willing to help out and very personable. Always good service! Keep up the hard work, y'all!

  Shout out to Kayleigh for being a Mix Master Flash with the printer!! I emailed a quick job this morning and was surprised to receive a response before the store was even open. After stopping in to approve a proof, she had everything printed before I could even pull my phone out to pay. I was in and out in under five minutes with perfect prints and top-tier customer service. Fast, friendly, and wildly efficient — Kayleigh deserves a raise and a huge shout-out!!
